All orders will be sent out on 1st class delivery within the UK, deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends]. You can enter a work or separate delivery address at the checkout. At this time we do not offer next day delivery.
UK : FREE UK Delivery 2-3 Business Days
Estimated delivery to Europe is 3-7 working days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on European deliveries.

FREE Delivery on orders £25 and over
Estimated delivery to USA is 7-14 working days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on transatlantic deliveries.
America & Canada: £8.95 7-14 Business Days

Estimated delivery is 14-21 working days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on worldwide deliveries.

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your WE ARE FAUX order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or your item is faulty you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 7 working days from delivery. Please note, we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Just let us know before sending items back by getting in touch with us - that way we can try and fix any problems or offer advice and make sure your items arrive back with us safely so we can process your exchange or return quickly.
